Brad has over 25 years of combined experience which includes water/wastewater operation, technical assistance, and state contract and grant management. He has collaborations with foundations and state agencies in providing technical assistance to small rural communities. He has assisted communities in Mississippi and Arkansas in accessing over $30 million in funding for water and wastewater infrastructure improvements. Brad is an Army/ Air Force veteran and has received the Army Achievement Medal for his leadership to operations of the 212th Signal Battalion and was honorably discharged from the U.S. Air Force Reserve in 2016.
