Mr. Clement began working in the water sector during graduate school, supporting published research on U.S. Water Policy, as well as economic and social analysis of water valuation. He has an extensive background in non-profit fundraising and financing, communications and civic engagement, program evaluation, and research and policy development.
Mr. Clement’s career has been spent in the non-profit sector, working primarily in Baltimore and South Africa with a variety of organizations that have focused on community organizing, housing and economic development, and social enterprises. He has significant federal and state grants management experience, helping manage programmatic and capital funding from the Department of Labor and the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
