Riki compiles and analyzes public finance and water infrastructure data for the WFX team as well as supports everyday operations.
Riki studied law and economics at the University of Auckland and worked for the Reserve Bank of New Zealand (The Central Bank of New Zealand) for three years, as a prudential banking supervisor and a financial markets policy analyst. In those roles, she analyzed research, data and reports to produce policy and strategic recommendations to senior decision-makers for monetary policy and prudential supervision. Riki was also a summer intern at the World Bank in 2022, supporting data analysis, drafting a grant proposal, and research dissemination.
She is a Master of Public Policy (MPP) student at the Harris School of Public Policy, in her second and final year of the program. Riki is pursuing a certificate in Markets & Regulation, and became interested in water infrastructure financing through a course on water policy at Harris.
