WFX Co-Founder Hank Habicht gave testimony before the Texas Senate Committee on Water, Agriculture, and Rural Affairs on September 3rd with partners from the Angelina and Neches River Authority and South Plains Water Supply Corporation.
“These are communities of people with great spirit who want to get things done,” Habicht said. “They are also located in regions with great economic potential. But that potential is never going to be realized without water supplies and affordable water infrastructure.”
