WFX’s Rogelio Rodriguez joined Radhika Fox and Shaun O’Rourke on a panel hosted by ImpactAlpha on August 29th to discuss investment opportunities in the water sector.
Federal investment in water and wastewater infrastructure, emerging financing mechanisms through Green Banks, and products like WFX’s Pre-development Fund and Disadvantaged Community Grant Fund are collectively working to create pathways for sustainable water and wastewater infrastructure development that are increasingly investable.
“We’ve helped communities complete water loss plans, conservation plans, contingency plans. We helped them shore up their financials. We’ve done rate analysis, we’ve done cash flow pro formas to put them in a position where they could apply for this money,” Rodriguez said.
