Marcia has 45 years of experience, with 25 years in the water industry. Prior to retiring in 2024, Marcia was the Vice President of Quality and Compliance for Inframark, LLC, providing water, wastewater, and infrastructure solutions to municipalities, utility districts and industries. Through the AWWA, Marcia has completed specialized training in Water Audits and Non-Revenue Water, and Risk and Resilience, and remains an active member of AWWA.
Marcia received her M.B.A. from St. Joseph’s University and her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. Marcia is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive status) and holds a Masters in Taxation from Villanova University.
