On June 2, 2025, the 89th Texas Legislature’s regular session adjourned sine die. The Texas State Senate and House of Representatives passed a series of bills related to the water and wastewater sector, working to improve water management and conservation and positively impact the Texas communities that WFX proudly supports. Our Texas technical assistance team collaborated with our Communications team to create the following summary of water provisions introduced and/or passed during the 89th Texas Legislature.
